FORMED is back and better than ever. It has a new look and friendlier to use too. There is no need for a code either. All you have to do is follow the steps below.

Here are the new instructions on accessing the website:

1. Opening website and on the blue page: choose "sign up" 2. Choose "I belong to a parish or organization"
3. Then from the drop-down menu type in St. Joseph WATERVLIET MI.

4. Find and Click on Watervliet's Parish
5. Enter your name and email address to gain access to FORMED. From there you are able to choose from many options.
